The team at Lamp For The Nations brings decades of combined, hands-on ministry experience to the classroom. Our faculty have served in every role imaginable—pastors, associate pastors, youth pastors, small group leaders, administrators, College professors and global missionaries. They've ministered around the world, and now they bring those lived experiences into their teaching, integrating scripture with practical wisdom to equip and inspire their students.

Our mission as a staff is threefold:

Professor Frank Schindler

He holds a BA degree in Biblical Arts from the College of the Rockies. Professor Frank has been in active ministry for over 59 years. He was involved in starting 4 churches. Frank has been a youth pastor, senior pastor, foreign missionary, the president of four Bible Colleges including his present calling as the Director/President of Lamp For The Nations. His passion is to see Matthew 28:19-20 fulfilled, "Go and make disciples. . ." All for the glory of God

LFTN Campus Director, Darya Khan, Pakistan

Pastor Zeshan has spent half of his life in Ministry, saved hundreds of souls for Christ. He has served 13 years in the most dangerous place of the world in Pakistan and built a beautiful Church there that has a congregation of 400. Now serving in a small town of South Punjab, Pakistan, in a small community of 150 people. He has been a professor with Lamp For The Nations and another Bible College for a total of four years. Zeshan is our campus director in Darya Khan, Pakistan.

Pastor Gabriel Wairama

Gabriel received Christ Jesus as personal Savior and Lord on May 8,1979. He began his ministry in 1985. In 1999-2000, he did his discipleship training with Youth With A Mission in Nuneaton, England. In 2004, he again studied at the YWAM base in New Zealand, Oxford Campus. Gabriel has been a full-time pastor since 2005. He has strong calling on his life for teaching the doctrines of salvation. Gabriel has served as our Lugazi, Uganda director since Fall 2022.

Robert has been in the ministry for 44 years. He has experience in youth ministry, Lead pastor, Executive pastor, Associate pastor, International church starter in Dubai UAE and Lahore Pakistan. Professor Robert has a book published the title of which is "I'm a Christian, Now What?" He also writes a daily devotional. Robert has been part of our Bible college ministry since 2021. He is currently one of our wonderful board members and a professor on staff with Lamp For The Nations.

Mr. Dan Watson

Senior Minister: Park Christian Community Church, Mesquite Texas. Senior Minister: Redeemer Bible Church, Ft. Worth Texas. Senior Minister: Valley View Village Church, Cleveland Ohio. Dan's ministry experience includes teaching Bible to adults, youth, and children since my college years. I have also equipped pastors and congregations in the U.S., India, and Uganda, with a focus on church planting, personal evangelism, and discipleship. Since 2021, he has taught a range of Old Testament courses through online classrooms. Dan is currently one of our board members and teacher with Lamp For The Nations and has also been a member of our staff with our previous college since Spring of 2021.

Professor Dr Sam Fenceroy

Senior Pastor Mount Olive Church of Plano since 1994. Has been doing a daily radio broadcast on KGGR 1040am radio in the DFW area from 1994 to 2025. He has served as a presbyter for CFNI, Christ for The Nation Institute for over 10yrs. He has hosted a weekly talk radio show on KWRD 100.7fm The Word Radio since 2004 in the DFW area. He is presently serving as a professor for LFTN and has been a member of our staff with our previous college since 2021.

Lloyd has been blessed to serve at Mount Olive Church of Plano since 2010 under the leadership of Dr. Samuel L. Fenceroy. He has also been blessed to assist Pastor Julio Pinto (the Mount Olive Church of Plano Missions Pastor) on various foreign mission assignments. Lloyd has serves as assistant to Dr. Pastor Sam Fenceroy, teaching and performing many Kingdom building ministries. Professor Lloyd Ware joined our team in Fall of 2021 and is serving as powerful professor with Lamp For The Nations.

Professor Ron Traveled and ministered in music with the Harvesters from Southwestern AG University, also with Concert Choir from Evangel University, Associate, Youth and Music minister in Mississippi, Men's Minister, Seniors Pastor, Singles Sunday school teacher, Young Marrieds SS teacher, Professor Ron Edwards joined our team in Spring of 2022 and he is one of our amazing board members and outstanding professor with Lamp For The Nations.

Professor John Jones

John W. Jones is a 1997 graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University (now Nelson University) in Waxahachie, Texas. He received a Master of Divinity from Assemblies of God University (Springfield, Missouri) in 2003. He has assisted in sermon preparation and is currently serving on the worship team where he attends in Mesquite, Texas. Professor John Jones joined our team in June of 2023 and is serving as powerful professor with Lamp For The Nations.

Professor Dr Steve Langer

Dr. Langer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. He is a former commissioned officer and Naval aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps, having served with the Joint Special Operations Command as part of the Force Reconnaissance Battalion, First Marine Division. Dr. Langer holds a Master's Degree in Theology, a Doctoral Degree in Christian Ministry, and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies. He has been engaged in ministry for 33 years; his roles have included Bible teacher, home Bible study leader, mission's leader, church planter, and college professor. His passion is sharing the gospel message with those that "hunger and thirst." Dr. Langer works as a Behavioral Therapist in the Rockwall, Texas area where he lives with his wife Kathy of 29 years. He has served as a professor with Lamp for the Nations staff since 2022.

Sherry is a very gifted spirit led teacher and has taught a number of great studies over the years. Her focus of ministry is Intercessory Prayer and more specifically teaching her powerful course with Lamp For The Nations entitled "Secret Place Dwellers. She has been on our staff since the Fall of 2022.

Professor James Streeter was called to the ministry in high school. Served as a youth pastor, then sang with a Southern Gospel Quartet for 7 to 8 years. He moved to Florida to serve as an Assistant Pastor for approximately eight years before relocating to Texas. He is ordained in the Assembly of God Church and currently serve as the Missions Pastor for Connection Pointe Church in Mesquite, Texas. Presently he serves a professor with Lamp For The Nations.

Janie Garms

Janie Garms

Lamp for the Nations Secretary

Accepted Christ at a very young child at age 8. She has served in many different ministries in the community and in church over the years. This would include street ministry to the homeless, nursing home, working with the needy, was in church choir and served with Harvest Outreach Ministries Adopt A Block ministry at Pathway of Life in Dallas, Texas. God has spared her life twice during COVID in 2020 (she actually died twice) and as a result left her with a powerful healing testimony of the healing power of Jesus.

Mukono, Uganda Campus Director

Received Jesus Christ as Personal Savior in November 1995. Pastored 3 Churches from 1999-2019 and currently serves as Senior Pastor of Christian Empowerment Church. Pastor Moses has been a student since 2023 and is now leading our Lamp For The Nations Mukono, Uganda Campus since February 2025.
